At Amare Wear, every piece is crafted with intention and care. To honor the integrity of our designs and the trust of our clients, we’ve refined our policy to ensure authenticity and fairness in every experience.

General Policy

Please note: due to the rise in gold prices and the increase in industry-wide scams, we have strengthened our return policy to preserve the authenticity and integrity of each Amare Wear creation.

Refunds & Exchanges

All custom-fitted jewelry and earrings are final sale.
We encourage you to schedule a complimentary video fitting with one of our in-store specialists before placing your order to ensure the perfect fit.

All other jewelry may be exchanged or returned for store credit, provided the item is unworn and in its original condition.
A minimum return shipping fee of $10 applies and may vary based on your location.

Sale Items

Only full-priced items are eligible for store credit.
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that your piece arrives damaged or with a defect, we will gladly exchange it for the same item within 7 days of purchase.

  • Return shipping is the client’s responsibility.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • For items valued over $100, we recommend a trackable service or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt without it.

  • Return timelines may vary based on location.

In-Store Policy

Treasures Deserve TLC

  • Exchanges & Store Credit: Unworn jewelry may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 3 days of purchase.

  • Damaged Items: Items that show signs of wear or damage cannot be accepted for return.

  • Lost Items: We are unable to replace or refund lost pieces.

  • Repairs: Should your jewelry break due to a craftsmanship issue, we are happy to repair it complimentary within 14 days of purchase. After this period, standard repair fees may apply.

All permanent jewelry is final sale.
If your piece breaks within 30 days, we are happy to re-weld it for you at no cost.
For clients traveling or living out of town, we can extend your re-weld warranty or add a clasp for flexibility — simply email hi@amarewear.com.
