Your permanent jewelry can last weeks, months, or even years—as long as you take care of it. While it’s designed for everyday wear, it’s still fine jewelry, not indestructible. Treat it with care, and it will stay with you for the journey.
✂️ Will permanent jewelry never come off?
Not quite. It’s “permanent” in the sense that it’s clasp-free and welded on, but it can be safely removed with scissors. If you need to remove it, cut it at the welded link, and keep the chain—
you can bring it back to us to be re-welded or transformed into a traditional clasp bracelet.
Please remember: permanent ≠ invincible. It may break if tugged hard or caught. But that’s part of the intention—it protects, holds meaning, and can even mark when it’s time for a reset.
💭 Can I change my mind after getting welded?
All permanent jewelry sales are final. Each piece is custom-fit and welded to you, making it uniquely yours.
✈️ Can I wear my permanent jewelry through airport security?
Yes! TSA does not require you to remove fine jewelry, and your permanent piece will not set off metal detectors. It’s travel-ready and adventure-approved.
🔗 What if I have to cut it or it comes off?
If your jewelry pops off or you need to remove it, save your chain. Reattachment is $30.
If the chain is stretched, broken, or beyond repair, a new one will need to be purchased.

We will deliver products to you as soon as reasonably possible. Orders are usually dispatched between 1-3 days from the date of the order being placed. Please contact us our customer service team if your delivery has not been received within the dates described.
